- How it Works and features-
(0.0) The Nigerian Embassy Passport Appointment Scheduler is a secured advanced booking platform. Fully automated, user friendly, online help documentation, Online assistance support Chat 2h / 24hr. The service allows you to schedule passport interview appointment with the Nigerian Embassy Rome. To create appointment reservation you must have the Payment ID and the Payment reference number, obtained after making payment on the Nigerian Immigration Website. These two info are required.
(1.0) New account Registration: If you are new, you must sign up to create your appointment reservation. Fill the form and click submit. The fields marked with red are required. You will be sent a confirmation email. Check your incoming mail or the spam. Open the mail and click the included link to confirm your email address.
(1.1) Login registered users. Login requires the email or the username, password used during the registration. User will not be able to login if he has not yet confirmed the email verification request sent to his email address after registration. (2.1) Appointment Reservation Booking: Appointment booking is based on a single date without time consideration. Just select the Date you wish, add few requested information and create your appointment. Approval is immediate and you will be sent the approval email. The system shows available dates and helps you to select a less congested date.
(2.2) Passport Individual Appointment: Select this option for individual appointment. The system allows single appointment per individual basing on user account (email). You can not book a second appointment if there is an already pending appointment. To book another appointment you need to delete the pending. However you can change the date of an appointment to another available date.
(2.3) Passport Group Appointment : Select this option for a group appointment, such as a family. The group head-person can book a max of 5 entries. This option is strictly allowed for a family group (Father, Mother and the Children). With the same account the family head-person books for the rest.
(3.1) Available dates: - Monday - Tuesday - Wednesday
(3.2) Non Available dates The days of the week not listed above and the eventual Nigerian and Italian Public Holidays (3.3) Available dates: When selecting your date, the system shows opened dates. You can also check the complete available dates and congested dates from your dashboard. Select the function "Schedule - > Bookings". The available dates appear in white while booked dates in blue color
(3.4) Dashboard : After registration, an account is opened. User can login into the account dashboard to manage appointment reservations, User can cancel, modify or create new appointment reservation
(3.5) Support Help The Embassy support help desk is available to assistance you 24/24 hr. You can chat with the Embassy Passport Staff or drop a message.
